Defect Summary: Lucid USA, Inc. (Lucid) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Air vehicles equipped with rear-wheel drive. The Gen 4 inverter may experience internal friction and become damaged, causing a loss of drive power.

Free Manufacturer Remedy: Lucid will release an over-the-air (OTA) software update to continually inspect for an inverter failure. If a failure is detected Lucid will replace the inverter, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 8, 2026. Owners may contact Lucid at 1-888-995-8243. Lucid's number for this recall is SR-26-05-0.

Defect Summary: Lucid USA, Inc. (Lucid) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Air vehicles equipped with an AD02 package and operating a software version from 2.8.0 through 2.8.16. The rearview camera image may not display when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."
